Throughout the school year there are various events that require volunteers to run smoothly. Below are short descriptions of the events and tasks needed. Please consider where you can help out and contact the chair person (click on the name to email) to sign up or for more information. |
Scholastic Book Fairs
Coordinate with Scholastic for delivery and pick-up of books, along with organizing volunteers for setting up/closing, and working the fair when the students shop.

Bake Sales & 50/50
Chair: Time Frame: December and May band/chorus concerts-3 evenings each
Coordinate donations for baked goods as well as the volunteers to work the tables and to sell 50/50 tickets during the events. It will only be a 50/50 for the December concerts since they will be held at TJ Theater. Possible bake sale for the Spring concerts in May.

Coordinate online sign-up for donations and organize parent volunteers for setting up, decorating the teacher lounge, and clean-up after the event.
